Slim the Frustration story.

One might wonder how anyone, who is sleek and slender after giving birth to 7 children, knows anything about writing a weight loss book.  Most people who know me do not know that I struggled with weight before I got married and had children. I am not one of those 'lucky souls” who can eat anything they want and still keep their figure. I consciously choose what I eat everyday, which is why I am still the same size and weight as I was in high school.  How fortunate to have found the solution to dropping extra weight and keeping it off early in my life, so I did not have to struggle for the rest of my life.

Growing up, I didn't even think about my weight as long as my mom was cooking.  But as soon as I left for college and was on my own, I began the battle of the bulge. I gained only 35 pounds, but those few pounds did not seem like a few to me. Any amount of extra weight can bring about frustration, emotional pain and low self image. Those pounds were not the real me, nor did I intend them to be.

Food had become my worst nightmare. I was so confused about which foods to eat, how much and when, that eventually I was eating too little. On top of that, I enrolled in an aerobics class at college and exercised at least 5 days a week. I actually could lose a few pounds that way, but my energy was so low and I hated those harsh workouts. How could eating so little and exercising so much produce such little results? And how could I ever follow such a strict program for the rest of my life, if I wanted to remain slim? The truth was, I couldn't.

I have since found the solution!  Shortly after I married and gained 20 pounds in 3 months, I began sincerely praying for answers.  A miracle showed up one day as I was walking and ran across a weight loss book at a garage sale.  I learned the key to 'losing weight with foods' and applied it.  To my surprise the pounds melted away quickly and easily.  What was so bizarre is that I was eating more food and calories than ever before, not exercising, and I was still losing weight.  Crazy!  To this day, I still eat, eat, and eat, and am a happy lady!

How would you like to eat, eat, eat, and still lose weight without counting calories and without exercising?  It is actually very simple, fun and extremely rewarding!
