Try this strawberry orange julius smoothie, which you can freeze and make summer popsicles to enjoy while bathing yourself in the hot sun!
2 fat grams, 185 calories = 9% fat calories
1/3 cup frozen orange juice concentrate or 1 cup fresh orange juice
2/3 cup soy, rice or almond milk
4 ice cubes
2/3 cup strawberries
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Blend ingredients in a blender until smooth.
To make popsicles, simply pour your smoothie in popsicle containers and freeze!
