French Fries Without the Fat! Potatoes Curb Your Appetite!

If you love french fries and want a healthy alternative without the guilt or simply want to lose a few pounds, try making these baked potato fries!
Did you know that potatoes actually curb your appetite and help with weight loss? They have been proven to increase CCK levels, satisfying your brain and controlling your emotional and mental cravings!  Wow!  So despite what the rest of the world is saying about potatoes, they are excellent with weight loss and have an extremely low fat calorie percentage at .008%.  So eat lots of potatoes and watch the pounds melt off, without the butter and oil, of course!

I promise you'll love these potato Fries! They are so simple and easy to make.
All you need are potatoes, sea salt and your favorite seasoned salt.

Potato Fries
.2 fat grams, 220 calories = .008 fat grams
Serves 4

4 large russet or red potatoes
Real Sea Salt
Seasoned Salt

Cut the washed potatoes into your desired french fry size pieces.  Lightly spray a cookie sheet with non-stick spray.  Spread the potatoes on the cookie sheet and sprinkle sea salt and seasoned salt on.  Place in a heated 375 degree oven and bake 40 minutes or longer.
