Cinnamon Apple Flax Pops

Makes 8 small popsicles
1 large apple, cut in slices
4 tbsp ground flax seed
1 1/3 cup soy, rice or almond milk
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
1/8 tsp Real sea salt
8 cinnamon sticks
Blend the ingredients in a blender until smooth. Pour in popsicle containers and put either cinnamon sticks in for a cute look, or regular popsicle sticks. Freeze. You can also drink this as a smoothie.

If you're like me, you love salads, but finding an easy, delicious, healthy salad dressing is the difficult part! Try my quick and easy dressing made in less than a minute! All you need are 3 simple ingredients.
Balsamic Italian Dressing
0% fat calories
1 pouch of Good Seasons Italian Salad Dressing Mix (don't use fat-free, it's not as good)
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
1/4 cup water
Simply combine the ingredients in a jar, cover with a lid and shake! If you like a stronger balsamic taste, simply add a little more balsamic vinegar to your dressing.
Here is a delicious salad recipe and goes great with this dressing.

4 cups mixed greens, packed
1 cup cauliflower, florets cut small
1/2 cup red onion, chopped
1 tomato, sliced

Mix the ingredients in a salad bowl. Either pour the dressing over individual plate servings, or mix the dressing in the bowl right before serving.
