Not just teenagers, but adults well into their 50's can still get acne. As stressful as it is, here are two smoothie recipes that will bring the vibrant, healthy, clear skin back to your face and body! If drank daily, you can get quicker results!
Acne is often a result of greasy acidic foods, with the result being acidic buildup in the blood. The skin is the largest organ which helps eliminate toxins the body is not able to get rid of, which is why acne often develops. How healthy or unhealthy our insides are, often reveals itself through our skin!
Choose between the two smoothies or drink Blemish Gone in the morning and Clear Skin in the afternoon! Also try to avoid fried foods, high protein meals, sugar and soda.
Notice that cucumbers with their skin on, are in both of these smoothies. Cucumbers are not only packed full of water, but have other natural cleansing properties which help remove accumulated pockets of old waste out of our bodies. Cucumbers are a miracle food, when it comes to bringing back beautiful, vibrant skin!
